Scheduling - A 50% non refundable booking fee is required when booking any appointment to secure your spot. Booking fee will be charged when scheduling your appointment via card. This booking fee will go towards your overall service amount or will cover for cancellation/rescheduling/no-shows. Remaining amount will be due the day of your appointment via Cash/Debit Card. Cancellation/Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule/cancel I do require a 24 hour notice, please send me a text message to let me know. Anything after 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of your service amount booked. No call/no-shows will be expected to pay the full amount of your service booked. If the amount is not paid you will no longer be able to book and I will no longer take you as a guest. You have a 10 minute late grace period before your appointment is considered a no-show and your card on file is charge for 50%-100% of your service booked. Fills - You must have at least 50% retention to be considered a fill, If you have less than 50% you will need a fullset. If there's not enough time in your appointment you will need to reschedule. I do not accept foreign fills, you will need to schedule a removal and fullest. Refunds - NO REFUNDS once your appointment is scheduled and deposit is received. If cancellation/no-show policy is followed you can transfer your booking deposit to your next appointment. You're only able to transfer it once before you have to pay a new deposit. If you need to alter or change your lashes please let me know within the first 48 hours so I can provide the best service. *Please make sure to read over scheduling and policy information above before booking an appointment.
